Course 2: Becoming Her

A structured six week journey designed to guide young Muslim girls through the deeper stages of adolescence with clarity, confidence and Islamic understanding.

This Six Week Online Intensive has been carefully created for girls who are beginning to mature and naturally developing deeper questions about their bodies, emotions, identity and relationships. At this stage of life many girls begin hearing conflicting messages from friends, social media and wider society. Without proper guidance this can often lead to confusion, embarrassment or misinformation.

This programme provides a safe, respectful and Islamically grounded environment where girls can learn openly and confidently. Each week builds upon the previous session, allowing girls to develop a clear understanding of the physical, emotional and spiritual changes that come with adolescence.

Lessons are delivered by a trained female instructor who understands how to approach sensitive topics with wisdom, discretion and care. Girls are encouraged to ask questions, reflect and engage in thoughtful discussion so they leave each session with real understanding rather than uncertainty.

Rather than overwhelming students with information in a single lesson, the six week structure allows time for reflection, maturity and confidence to grow gradually.

Topics explored throughout the programme

Over six carefully structured weeks, girls will explore important areas of development including

• Emotional changes that occur during adolescence and how to manage them with confidence

• Understanding attraction and the natural feelings that may develop during teenage years

• Setting personal boundaries and protecting dignity in friendships and social settings

• Developing a healthy understanding of modesty, privacy and self respect

• Gentle and appropriate guidance on intimacy from an Islamic perspective

• Navigating peer pressure and social influences with confidence and faith

• Building a strong sense of identity rooted in Islamic values

Scholarships Available

At Hayaa Academy, we believe that every Muslim girl deserves access to transformative, Islamically grounded education, no matter her financial circumstances. This is why we offer a monthly scholarship programme, where three girls are selected each month to attend one of our courses completely free of charge.

To apply, parents or guardians can simply fill out a short scholarship application form available on our website. All applications are reviewed with compassion and confidentiality, and selected families will be contacted before the course begins.
