Course 2: Becoming Her

4-Week Online Intensive

This online course is designed for girls who are a little older and beginning to ask deeper questions about their bodies, identity and emotions. In a time where society often misguides and confuses, this course offers clarity, confidence and care through an Islamic lens. Each session is delivered in a safe, respectful and age-appropriate space, allowing girls to learn without fear, shame or embarrassment.

We cover essential topics such as emotional changes, developing attraction, setting boundaries, and understanding modesty and privacy. The course also gently introduces the concept of intimacy from an Islamic perspective, with wisdom and discretion, to ensure your daughter receives guidance before she hears about these things from peers or online sources.

Feminine hygiene is taught in detail, including how to care for the body, manage odour, cleanse properly, and remove body hair safely. We also begin deeper conversations around menstruation, including how to recognise patterns, when ghusl is required, and the Islamic ruling that it is wajib to document your menstrual cycle. These lessons are not just practical, they are spiritually rooted helping girls connect everyday routines to worship and self-respect.

This course is ideal for girls who are entering adolescence and need real answers, strong role models and clear Islamic guidance to help them navigate growing up with confidence and hayaa. It is also a safe space for girls to ask questions they may not feel comfortable asking anywhere else.

Scholarships Available

At Hayaa Academy, we believe that every Muslim girl deserves access to transformative, Islamically grounded education, no matter her financial circumstances. This is why we offer a monthly scholarship programme, where three girls are selected each month to attend one of our courses completely free of charge.

To apply, parents or guardians can simply fill out a short scholarship application form available on our website. All applications are reviewed with compassion and confidentiality, and selected families will be contacted before the course begins.
