A powerful six week learning journey delivered in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

The Hayaa Academy Six Week Home Intensive Programme is designed to give girls the knowledge, confidence and understanding they need before entering the important stages of puberty and adolescence. Rather than a single session, this structured programme allows girls to learn gradually, ask questions openly and build confidence week by week in a safe and supportive environment.

Each session is delivered by a trained female instructor and follows the trusted Hayaa Academy curriculum. Lessons are interactive, engaging and carefully tailored to the age and understanding of the girls attending. Teaching combines discussion, practical demonstrations and guided conversations so that every child leaves with clarity, confidence and a healthy understanding of her body and identity.

This private home programme allows families to prioritise privacy, comfort and personalised teaching. Parents are also welcome to be present, ask questions and remain involved throughout the learning journey.

Over six weeks, girls will explore important topics including puberty, periods, hygiene, ghusl, modesty, emotional wellbeing and confidence in a respectful and age appropriate way, grounded in Islamic values and guidance.
